To honor their ancestors, Nadège and James Richard-Fliniaux (Mother and Son) continue to elaborate their champagne from their vineyards of Aÿ Grand-Cru in the greatest ancestral traditions. The hillsides of Aÿ-Champagne are historic and listed as Unesco World Heritage since 2015.
